Poetic
I wasn't going to post this, but now it seems only fair. I heard this on the radio as an ad jingle prior to the World Cup:
Dive, dive, wherever we may be, We come from a land called Italy!

IT WAS A HARSH WAY TO GO OUT OF THE CUP HOWEVER WE HAVE NO EXCUSES, AGAINST TEN MEN WE SHOULD HAVE SCORED. I HAVE A LITTLE DITTY OF MY OWN," HEAR THE BOOS WHEN THE AUSSIES LOSE, THE REFS EARS WILL SINGE 'CAUSE ALL THEY(the aussies) DO IS WHINGE!"
Dear me, Big Red doesn't much like the critical attitude we have towards the refs. Mind you if they learnt the rules before they went onto the field in an international (and I might add internationally televised) competition they might not be subject to justified ridicule for their performance. Anyone want to start a vote on whose performance was worse: The Refs or Japan? (That's right their performance was terrible. To get beaten 3-1 with all three goals for Australia coming in the last 8mins and the ref after the match admitting he shouldn't have allowed their goal, Shame Japan, Shame.
